If you are running Agent Kallus with Quad laser turrets do your counter attacks get an extra dice against unique squads?

Yes they do! Agent Kallus triggers every time you attack a unique squad. Counter attacks are still attacks .

Same with Howlrunner's bonus to squadrons with Swarm: it also applies to their Counter attacks.

Which means you could run an H9/QTT/Kallus ISD-C and guarantee double acc on every AA shot that rolls at least a hit on red *.
