4th edition! Now with even more maximum than before!
This article doesn't mention that the player who activated a system can use his own PDS Cannons against enemy ships in that system before Space Combat. Is this an oversight, or did I read the RR incorrectly?
The author probably considered it a complication beyond the scope of a preview.
