The Rules Ref says "The game ends at the end of a round if all of a player’s ships are destroyed." Does an AoE bomb damage ships in initiative order? If the damage kills the last opponents ship and I have yet to rull for mine, does it get under some "simultaneous" rule or is the game over as soon as the last one dies?

Does that refernce mean also, that if my last ship has console fire and my opponent lands his last ship on an asteroid and dies, we get final salvo?

"The game ends *at the end of a round* in which all of a player's ships are destroyed". Technically you play out the rest of the round until the end phase, so you'd certainly carry on rolling the bomb damage (and Console Fire etc. Note that Console Fire doesn't happen automatically, you have to roll a die to see if you take the damage). Usually it doesn't matter and the game can end as soon as the last ship on a given side dies, but if there are ships which could be killed or large ships which go to half health in a tourney setting by e.g. bombs, driving over rocks, console fire etc, then you should play out the rest of the round to see if that happens.

AoE bomb damage from a single bomb detonation is done in the order of the choosing of the owner of the bomb. AoE bombs detonate in initiative order (all of the init player's bombs first, dealing with each bomb one at a time, then all of the non-init player's, one at a time).

Cruise Missile's limitation is only on the added dice *from the manoeuvre*. Any other source of added dice is fair game.

Old blinded pilot does trigger Dengar. An attack is still happening. Indeed, with Accuracy Corrector, Advanced Targetting Computer, Finn, Norra's ability, etc etc etc, you can potentially do damage with Old Blinded Pilot. You can also trigger Gunner and Darth Vader crew off it, HotShot Copilot still applies to it, etc etc etc.
