The StarViper has always been one of my favorite ships- so I am excited for the new things coming for it. This is the first list I came up with, sort of a different take on the Asajj-Mindlink list:
Asajj + Attani Mindlink + Latts Razzi + Gyroscopic Targeting = 42
Guri + Attani Mindlink + StarViper Mk. 2 + Autothrusters + Virago + FCS = 33
Inaldra + Attani Mindlink + Heavy Syck + Pulsed Ray Shield + Mangler Cannon = 24

Another option is switch the assassin to Guri without AT.
