I'm playing in an online game a Duros Gambler. Cunning based, Deception and Skullduggery focused.

First of all, I wanted to know what gear would be available that would affect Deception Rolls. Legit and Cheat.

I know there is Cheating dice and marked Deck if you go for Cheating , as well as Jewelry for a legit way to have a small advantage.

Is there any other known option?

Preferably legit to reduce the time spent on my gambling. (As Cheating may involve a lot of time/ extra workaround to explain the cheating, get around, escape)

I saw there is a lot of gear to improve, give bonus or give success/advantage for Charm or Negociation Rolls. For exemple the Armor Embellishement provides a bonus for all the socials skills Except deception. A few clothing gives nego or Charm bonus. I'm looking for options.

Also, what are the best use you made with the Deception skill?

I would be inclined to let an ally showing up at a key moment, wearing resplendent robes, provide a boost (even though only Perception, Skullduggery and Stealth are specifically mentioned).

Proper props should give a boost for "proper tools"

Disguise kit. Forgery tools

There's also the BPEA-1A Cascader from Lead by Example which upgrades your social checks when worn, including Deception.

So having said inclination, does that mean your considering a GM debut?

Not at present, no... but I'll certainly keep you posted, should that change.
