Is the new 2 player start kit cards legal if they aren't released in Canada?

It should be legal. It will be more than 11 days after release. Empire at War will not be legal.

The 2 player sets don't arrive in Canada till this week so it wont be 11 days.

I think having Empire/2PS not released in time for Nationals is something of a strength. I'm going to Australian Nationals in about three weeks, and it's all legal. I have no idea what the meta is going to look like, and it's a little off-putting. If it was just Spirit and Awakenings stuff, I'd be feeling a lot more confident.

I feel you man. We have nationals 7.10 and our release was delayed till 21.9....and of course EaW is legal there I have literally no idea what to even test since i have no idea what ill open in those limited packs im gonna buy...

It's released last week. Same time as EaW. Got a copy at the same time I bought my 2 EaW booster boxes
