Feels that way to me, somewhat - Vader will have a good upgrade to remove in almost 100% of games, not the case for Cham (who becomes a one-off Slicer Tools against swarms). Even a CR90 losing a TRC is probably a worthwhile use of Vader if there's nothing better to grab, assuming he gets close enough. Vader also spikes harder - losing Demolisher (or Profundity!) or some other keystone upgrade can ruin a fleet's game plan. On the other hand, Cham is countered by a generic 4 point officer.

That said, keep in mind the cheapest Cham platform is a full 8 points cheaper than the cheapest Vader platform.

Hahaha that would be great to discard Profundity before it drops it's ship.

That would have made for a very different original trilogy.

So basically what you are saying is Raddus had the bid choose to go first picked Hyperspace assault (without either him or his opponent reading the card properly) and was able to drop the Tantive before the ISD from hyperspace was able to activate.

I think it wasn't at close range, but it did get some crits onto the MC75 before finishing activation close and activating first and killing the ship next round, but at that point the CR90 had already escaped
