Better get the token.

Consider this. If you made a flat piece of paper 40075 km long, it would wrap around the earth.
Would it stop being flat?
Your point of reference defines what is flat.
Imagine standing in a field that is flat for 100km in every direction, with the exception of a hill you stand upon. In every direction you look, the horizon is flat. Now step off the hill and walk 10m, then turn around. The horizon is no longer flat. While this does not prove the Earth is round, it both proves and disproves the Earth is flat, depending on your point of reference.
If you look at a topology map that spans 100 square km, you will see that the Earth varies in height. If you were to pick a spot on the map and look at the slope on an XY graph, you can determine the slope of the height change between point A and B, which in itself is a flat line. If you were an ant standing on that slope, the Earth would look flat to you, yet if you were to stand at point A or B, the Earth is not flat.
To answer your question, if you wrapped the planet in a piece of paper, would it look flat, I'd say it depends on your perspective.
Yes they could. But I didn't see a 5 page thread on how External Racks worked. I did on Rapid Launch bays.
I'm not asking for it to be faqed due to not agreeing with the consensus. I'm saying that I know a log of people who play and don't read this board. They do read the FAQ. So put it in the faQ.
And I'm happy with the burden of when something had to be a FAQ entry being a 5+ page thread.

That's not to say External Racks didn't have their issues and notices...
Like, for example. People didn't realise that it would apply to an Anti-Squadron attack if you wanted to.
The difference is, in the end, we were discussing a Possibility. An Enhancement. Rather than a Limitation.
You can't tell people they can't do something without them fighting tooth and nail for the ability to do so...
But you tell someone they can, and they won't fight you to not .
And what was he 5 page post where you discussed them applying to antisquadron attacks?
The giest of this thread is that the rules don't saw you can and a person who may be a playtester said they tested it one way. Hardly what I want to be arguing at a tourny. I'd rather play.
I believe this is the point when the thread creator finally comments by saying...
"See Gladys this is why we can't have nice things..."
