Of course not.

They're saying its not an ISD-I.

Its a Kuat Refit or a Cymoon 1 refit.

Different from an ISD-I.

Clearly, both refits resemble ISD-IIs.

Yeah, that's the "ISD We-didn't-want-to-expend-money-on-a-similar-miniature,-just-the-repaint Refit" I think that one is canon.

Honestly, what did you expect? The ISD mold is already created... painting is easier by comparison. At least it means your ISD-I conversion kit will soon be in demand for us purists.

Though as I'll most likely be buying two of these (to field a couple of the new variants, going up to five ISDs) I now have an excuse to personalize a Star Destroyer, since there can only be one Chimaera.

No mention of those fighter squadrons or what they do, interesting. And... hey! The Cymoon has two turbolaser batteries! Now the Empire can QTL + H9! Take that, Rebel scum!

I am very impressed with Thrawn's ability. While Sloane was interesting and different, I didn't think much of many of the Imperial commanders (no, not even Jerjerrod), many of them didn't have that oomph that the Rebel leaders are often running with. Thrawn allowing double commands is nice insurance against slicer tools or getting caught flat-footed when you need a command on your heavier ships. It also means something like my ARQ batteries can now spam concentrate fire, but Thrawn can give them some turns of navigating for free.

Raddus on the other hand is a canned Hyperspace Assault without the size limitations and dropped anywhere next to a friendly ship. Yes, my CR-90s will flank you and drop Mon Karren into your rear arc, why do you ask? Finally some love for the bigger ships this round, because there's no reason to go small with Raddus when you now have the ability to drop the biggest batteries almost anywhere you like. You don't need to invest in some survival mechanics to keep the ship alive en-route to it's target (which is really why the Admonition title is as powerful as it is).

Bit of a suprise they they have announced this now, think everyone called the ships, Thrawn looks amazing considering typical game is dicided in a few turns his limitation isn't really.

They're giving you multiple refits, new squadrons, a ton of upgrades and a nice paint job. It's not like we're getting a terrible deal here...

looks like a new cf fleet command upgrade.

Looks like 4/3/3/3 shields on the MC-75, with 9 (?) hull. Firepower for the featured version seems to be 3 black and 2 blue front, 3 red and 2 blue sides and 1 red and 1 blue rear. Not too shabby.

This is fantastic!! I don't know why I didn't see Thrawn coming! Can't wait.

I also wish to point out that one of the Fleet Command options we will be getting looks to be named "Intensify Forward Firepower". This pleases me greatly.

ISD II is still my favorite of the mix.

This would make the X-wing think we received the better end (which we did) and would reduce their hype for the gunboat

Yes. Its a Fleet Command.

It's a fleet command, card shows ship firing, has to be, and Admiral turned face-down has to be Piett

From the other thread, the text of Vader is:

"When you reveal a command, you may discard a [Squadron] dial or token and this card to choose 1 enemy ship at close range. Choose and discard 1 non-[Commander] upgrade card equipped to that ship."

So, he can destroy ANY upgrade card (except a Commander) even titles!

I was about to answer with a list of amazing upgrades, then I remembered that it doesn't really HAVE very many really exciting ones, especially nothing you would ever want more than one of.

Well as a Rebel player, i am stoked for Raddus to join my fleet! I have all sorts of nasty plans for him
