The Range 2-only limitation on Adv. Homing is too restrictive and makes it too easy for the enemy to range-control. If you really want an effective, cheap Boba Fett carrier who can push a crit, I'd go for a Lok Revenant with Deadeye, Cruise Missiles, Guidance Chips, and Boba Fett (and optionally a turret and/or bombs). For two points less than your idea, you get the advantage of not needing to get a target lock at low PS, better range coverage, more total damage from your missile, higher PS to fight other generics, a guaranteed crit result, enough red dice to be extremely unlikely to miss against Dengar (assuming you do a 3 or 4 speed maneuver that round), and can't be countered by countermeasures.
