This question came up the other night and we agreed on the answer but there was still a little doubt. Also, apologies if this has been answered before.

If Lowhhrick uses his ability and passes his Reinforce token to another ship, is it good for only one attack or does it stay for the round?

He SPENDS his token, and they get to add a single evade to a single defence as a result. it says nothing about passing the token.
