Wow, if you ignore the fact that those records contain some house mirror matches (which push each house's total win percentage toward .500), those standings look remarkably balanced, in terms houses' overall records, the mix of houses at the top of the standings, and the distribution of houses throughout the standings (eg Stark has only one representative which finished right in the middle at 2-2, while Lannister has a 4-0, 3-1, 2-2, 1-3, 0-4...).

Basically, the deck sought to leverage the strength of Martell's control-events and other fast control (Venomous Blades, Orphans, etc.) and used shadows locations for sustainable character control. Games were typically long, with me establishing some character-based control early, then struggling (though usually only for a round or so), then finally establishing control with locations.

I don't have time to write up a full report now, but I will note that other than the normal power cards (The Red Viper, Red Vengeance, etc.) I'd say that Ellaria and Flea Bottom Scavengers were both MVPs. Vale Rookery, which I thought would be a good fit and allow me to sneak in a Valar or Noose and Swordpoint, proved to be a waste of 2 card slots.

If people have questions, I can elaborate on the strategy, choice of cards/plots, etc. in more detail.

Here's my deck. I read the deck of Twn2dn with surprise... I'm not so expert to fully understand it (It is lesser than a year that I play throne), but I'm sure that my deck is ordinary, unperfect and not with the "fantasy" of Twn2dn's one... so congrat Twn2dn!!!

What to say about my deck... I have to do lots of corrections with it, cause (most of all in italian tournament) I found that I tried to manage 2 tacticts in one deck (rush and control)... this slow it a lot... for this kind of deck is better to concentrate in only one TACTIC.

The deck was not so bad (3-1) but it relied too much on winter+wintertime. In the case that I have bad draw and setup no way to "regain the match"!

the agenda helped me a lot with lanni "draw engine" to limitate it... in the next tournament or I'll play stark or a Grey with at least 15 cards changed.

PS I desperate suffer Martell :-)

Well I also went 3-1. I played Martell no Agenda. The idea was to use my locations and attachments for control and then rush with my renown characters. It had been awhile since I've really been able to play so my deck was not as good as I would have liked and I made some bad play decisions here and there, but over all I'm pretty satisfied with my deck and my performance. My opponents were all great, and I had a blast and learned from each game.

i'll post my decklist after the first or second round of the next online tourney. i don't think i'll play it again in this next one, as i'm getting sick of playing lanni; that said, the deck is so good that i'd prefer not to see boring knock-offs in the next tournament, or at least indirectly make it more difficult for others to optimize their own lanni decks in general by not providing such a well-honed example, haha.
