What comes next?

By Mon no Oni, in Legend of the Five Rings: The Card Game

Looking back to last year's Gencon, when we got out first glimpse of Arkham Horror, I did some research. There were some previews (more or less weekly) leading to the full release of the game, which was on November 10th. Before that happened, we got teasers and even a few spoilers from the first deluxe set, the first two packs in the cycle, plus an special POD pack. I guess L5R won't follow the same schedule as AH (ore likely it will be more similar to AGOT2), but the fact remains that quite a few new content was revealed before the the Core Set was even in the shops, and we have already seen the image for the first Dynasty Pack.

Do you think that we will keep getting new, hopefully weekly, content? Or will we be content-starved until the release of the game?

In theory, there's supposed to be short fiction pieces released every other week. Whether that starts now or after release is somewhat vague...and we did just get a couple pieces back to back leading into/during Gen Con. That said, we're supposed to get some sort of information regarding plans for the unclaimed Roles "shortly after the Kiku Matsuri" and I don't think there has been an official announcement from FFG confirming clan roles for Worlds. The Hatamoto Hall of Fame has not been updated yet, either. So I would think we'll be getting some sort of information doled out in the near future, it's just a question of how much will be "new" info and how long we have to wait for them to release it.
