Funny I didn't even know they made a 2nd one... or why they would. So I googled it and I think I'm glad I never heard of it. However based on the trailer for #3 which is all CGI, it looks like they finally made a Starship Troopers movie that actually looks correct.

Pretty sure I saw Traitor of Mars back in like 2000 or 2001.... something about some humans trapped on mars, or some other world, and an insect was inside one of them, using a female have sex with all the dudes and kill them. Worst Starship trooper movie ever.

Maybe it was the second one, (Hero of the Federation), I don't ever remember

Also don't forget the Starship Troopers OVA. Nice armor designs but not much else to comment on there.

Also the opening song which is strangely catchy

It's pretty curious, though not too surprising since Starship Troopers was big in Japan. I'd say its worth a watch. Apparently its all on youtube.
