Another set of 'range rulers'?
Maneuver tools are sold separately.
Range rulers are only offically purchaseable in the Core set. However, there are often a ton of acrylic ones not only 3rd party, but official FFG ones available for trade through the trade thread (which honestly, isn't that helpful if you're starting out), but also on EBay.
it should be known that 3rd Party Range Rulers can be used in official FFG tournaments, unlike a lot of 3rd party product.

They sell a pack with a movement tool, but to get an extra range ruler it's either : Ebay or another core set
Store champs range rulers are pretty common trade fodder as many people end up with multiples they would part with. I'd start there if you want to stick with FFG product. If you don't care about that, the recreator ones are great.
Yea... they don't need to be 'official', as most likely it'll be casual play with friends.
I'm not into the 'tourney' scene. Yet....
I am just wondering of good 3rd party accessories, as I have heard that the Litko ones are not the right ranges? Just an internet rumor, so I needed to look into it.

Corsec, Cog-o-two, Recreator are the more popular ones. For the most part, they're within a certain tolerance of average.
To be fair, the FFG Cardboard rulers themselves barely fit into that certain tolerance, and the official FFG acrylics can be worse than that (especially in regards to the Euro and possibly NA championship rulers)

If you lived near me, I'd just give you one of my extra range rulers. As for maneuver device, I'd suggest sharing and buying the individual pack twice, building a "2" and "3" movement range. It's been helpful in our games.

Store championships.
I have the green single sided one, and the newer double sided one.
For UK players I used Eleven Tree Designs rulers:

This is my good friends company, he started it himself and is the lone employee, his products are great I highly recommend supporting him if you can!
He's the guy that got me into Armada, and also taught me to never take fleet ambush as my yellow objective.

They are accurate in length?

Based on this thread:
There is no "accurate" range ruler. I didn't re-read this thread, but I think the general consensus was that both people should compare rulers, and if there is a difference, decide on a single ruler for both sides to use.
GoNiP - yes, they're as accurate as they probably can be.
If any measurement is critical then I always revert to the cardboard as it's the 'gold standard' but even then that may not be 100%.
