Armed Station "Delay" Activation

However, the "ruling" that if the Station can't attack you must immediately activate a ship does strongly favor the player/team who is assaulting a planet against Base Defense: Armed Station (a decent objective when paired with a Grav-Shift Interdictor) as it negates at least half of the Station's utility. I bet you can figure out which side of the table my opponent is on.
