The rulebook seems to be unclear on what the penalties for sustaining psychic powers are. Dark Heresy Page 164. The errata v3.0 seems to be no help.

is it:

1 power: -0

2 powers: -4

3 powers: -8

4 powers: -16

---

or is it:

1 power: -4

2 powers: -8

3 powers: -16

4 powers: impossible

Any clues as to the intent?

I do not remember in DH but in RT it add a +10 to the psychic phenomenas also.

Somewhat related to this: what type of action would you guys say dismissing powers is? Free action? Others? I can't find any mention of it in the book, and there are definitely instances where this could be important.
