There's no clan specific holding for the unicorn. But the crab seem to have two. Is there some sort of printing error?

Nope.

Crab has specific cards that work off holdings, and being a heavy defensive style clan they would have more holdings.

Unicorn on the other hand, is geared more towards an offensive play, and thematically, since they are a nomadic people, holdings aren't apart of who we are.

That's probably the explanation, and i also like it, because unless we get back the Khol Wall or something, no reason for the Pony to settle down XD.

Well, apart from the fact that we can't be trouncing about the Empire without the right papers. Occupying our opponent's territory, though...that's a different story.
