Hello,I'm a chinese player,I just bought TOI several days.There is some questions about the TOI's rule

In the rule book page 16

"THE STATUS PHASE

1.Draw Strategy Cards

.....The drawn card is placed faceup in his HQ area."

BUT

in the PLAYER REFERENCE SHEET

"The Status Phase

1)Draw Strategy Cards

......placing the card faceup in its play area ."

Which one is correct?Thanks.

I did not notice that....the new card/s go in the HQ area and can be activated the following turn during the Action phase or the command phase depending on the card and if you have enough command pts available.
