Asked about this a bit back, and checked out the 'Star Wars Miniatures Starship Battles' Wild Karrde. Can confirm - this works as a generic freighter stand-in! No painting needed...

I've got one of these and a Consular-class that I was going to use as stand-ins for CR90s, for a little visual variety.
Those were some of the scum ships from Empire at War, no?

No, that is the Action VI transport. You are thinking of the Interceptor Frigate, that had a very similar bow area, but a wider stern.
