Maybe they have dwarf and ork armies ready to announce, they just don't want to overshadow Legion so they're waiting until... WEDNESDAY!

Interesting. I typically like to stay away from the exact same thing they're supposed to be painted, as everyone does that. But interesting none-the-less

If only ffg had partnered with one of the better formulations of paint. Then it could be cool (although the matching spray for beginner friendliness is likely the real motivator here)

I'm preparing for FFII teasers in all the things I collect everyday this week. All other IPs will appear dead till maybe next Wednesday.

Any update would be great... after they announced the Waiqar unit last week it could be time for the "corresponding" fifth Daqan Unit.

Played two games today, labour day holiday. Won 1 lost 1. I lost careful approach as the escorter. My buddy playing Waiqar put up to good of a defence.

i then won hammer and anvil with confluence of magic. My deathstar wreaked havoc!

What was your list? I lost twice today to Waiqar. My opponent has come up with a decent list thats hard to fight :)

This was his list below. Basically he made it really deadly for me to charge his reanimate lists with File Leader and Vexillum Bearers. I could try to time my charges to get in there before the attack of 4, but it required some positioning and then getting close. Even if I could attack first and wipe some trays, lingering dead ensured his counter attack was always full strength for the round (and he nearly always took advantage of regenerate). Then his small archer units rained down blight to counter my spearstar list, and Ardus was really good at dealing out mortal strikes and blocking. The tactical drummer wasn't amazing in the list, but it did provide a bunch of hit points on the cheap.

My list is just made from 2 cores and infantry upgrades. So your basic list Kari with loaded up 9 tray spearmen with 2 sets of Oathsworn and 1 line golem.

the front line golem, the champion that adds a red die and shield wall are amazing. Somehow I only have 3 rank discipline so two were put in Waiqar army so I only had one on 1 of my Oathsworn.

Hadnt played in a while, waiting for elves.
