I had a choice of Superior Positions, Jamming Barrier and Most Wanted from his list... I considered Jamming Barrier a gift from the Dice Gods and selected it with glee.

The game started with ships basically lined up and the Barrier between us... I slowrolled 3 Hammerheads on my left, and the 3 hammerheads on the right jumped from speed 1 to 3 via Leia, and the Leia Corvette went with them.

I only have pics of the first couple of rounds, but highlights of the game were basically:

Z-95s jumping on X-Wings, shooting them, not doing a bunch, but the VCX flying in and repositioning the Jamming Barrier so it was between the Zs and the Xs for the X's return fire... Like so:

Repositioning the Enemy's Positioned Jamming Barrier so I cut back most of the Firepower I was facing...

Spreading the Barrier to almost 2-and-a half Rulers lengths at the end... See in that last picture, CR90 #5? Those asteroids in front of it? yeah, the Barrier stretched almost to those.... Hehehe...

Having 4 Surviving Hammerheads with no shields ... But alive... because the Corvettes only had a single Red to shoot, and either Jamming Barrier, Obstruction, or both .

All 4 surviving Hammerhead Corvettes were basically where TRC Corvettes 5 and 7 are... Those TRC Corvettes ended up where the Hammerheads were... (And couldn't get their Long-Range shots in to kill me at the end....

Jan, Luke, Green an X and Y were destroyed on the Squadron side.... As were 2 Zs... Most of the Damage being done by Hammerheads...

"So, I have a close range shot from my side arc at this Corvette... But you are Speed 3 and Cracken, so I can't get a die, so I can't shoot, so I can't expend my External racks... Also, you fly away next activation... So you know what, F**K you Jan, You can take the Black AntiSquadron... Plus External Racks... Plus Leia Fuelled Confire... 4 DAMAGE... GO AHEAD, BRACE IT... I'M DOING IT AGAIN WITH ANOTHER HAMMERHEAD!"

It was an absolutely ridiculous battle of jamming things together... With no Friendly Rams... Somehow. SOMEHOW... Only Rams were Against each other...

I took the game with 112 MOV in the end... It could have swung more in my favour... I had one of his TRC corvettes with 3 Hull and No shields remaining, throwing Blue+Black+Black+Black (Front Arc + External Racks - Cracken Obstruction) and rolling only 2 Damage.... Sadface... But it was a swingy game... Where 7(!) Z-95 salvos ended with no damage even after Rerolls, because apparently, Red Die **** still exists for me...

End Result:

Dead on my Side.

2 x Hammerheads, 2x Z-95s

Dead on his Side:

TRC Corvette

Both Flotillas.

All but 1 Y and 1 X, who were both Hurtin', but couldn't die, because I dialled in Engineers just in case last turn, instead of Squadrons to try to kill them... End of day Brain :D

That is a lot of ships on the table at once!
