if your asking if he wants to policy vote me, he likely does however mood has broken and will reveal some useful information. I can't either be verified via night actions and am the policy vote 2mo, but il likely have deprived a scum of their vote by that time.
All town, we have to admire moods sincerity or put him out of his misery, I believe that was consent.
personally I've have read mood as scum, and despite giving him a second chance to change his stance he has declined.
