PH personal story is:

CS location says :

So, does shopping at CS trigger her personal story pass effect? Hope not

We houseruled this, that only obtaining a unique item (buy or find, not trade) cause a token to be put on her personal story card

Personal Stories with "draw", like Patrice's, you get a token when you "draw and keep". So shopping at C. Shoppe, if you buy of the items, you get a token. This was answered in the "Official Answeres from Kevin Wilson" thread (sticky thread). Trading doesn't net you anything.

And yes, I know you must buy if you can afford. But you can shop even with $1, which at C. Shoppe won't get you anything IIRC.
