Hm, plugging in 9 rounds into Swiss with 475 people would get you about 9 people at 8 wins or higher. A graduated cut doesn't change the top distribution, it just lops off people early that can't get there. I'm getting more like about 225 people total between both flights to get four 8+ win players after 9 rounds.

Anyone there know what the count was?

Day 1A and 1B was about 111 and 119 from the pictures I saw. I don't know the exact number because the picture quality was pretty poor.

Yep! Corran closed to Range 1 on Miranda, Miranda shot first and went for the Hail Mary, burning a shield to roll 4. Only pinged a shield off Corran. First shot from Corran stripped the last shield, and two hull. Double tap finished the job.

Nah, Corran only regen-ed 11 or so shields, only more than double his HP.

*sigh* As I feared, it appears Imperial preformance has not improved at this level since Worlds. Still, more data points will hopefully reverse that conclusion.

Yeah Imps seem to be doing well in local metas, but they struggle at these large tournaments.
