Im still hoping for a future "Veterans of the Clone Wars" wave or 2 that will include an Imperial Venator, Acclamator, and combat Consular / Rebel Munificent, Recuscant, Providence, Lucrehulk.

Dreadnought for Imperials.

Assault Frigate Mk. 1 for Rebels.

Those 2 announched tomorrow, then when we get closer to TLJ later this year they'll add on a new Core Set with 1 resurgent class for Emps and the new version of the Neb and something else from the movie for Rebels along with TIE-FO and the new X Wings.

The Lucrehulk may be the gateway Epic play ship for the Rebels.

This way rebels maintain a one ship numbers up from the Imperials and FFG fills in some role gaps.

MC-75 is very likely. I'm a lot less certain about the Imperial ship; The Venator has a large fanbase, but between the Quasar and ISD I don't see the Empire needing a third large carrier. I'm not sure an ISD I makes sense either. I kind of suspect FFG is going to surprise us all with their choice for that.

The vaunted SWM20 may also appear, but it's not impossible that whatever it was went the way of X-wing's starfield tile kits. Actually, come to think of it that's the same number the tile kits were. Probably a coincidence there, though.

On the Flotillas - are you talking about the ships from the Last Jedi Trailer? The resistance Bombers?

I think the desire (plus the logic behind it) for having the MC75 cruiser is pretty universal. It's a fan fav, iconic due to its role in Rogue One, and would allow a character card for Admiral Raddus to be added. So I'll frankly be surprised/disappointed if we don't get it.

The Imperial ship really is a guess. On one hand, I can totally see why releasing an updated ISD Chimera. Cool markings, logical to add Thrawn, etc. However, it's still mostly a re-hash of the old ISD.

If FFG wants to pull from ships they've introduced in their AoR guides, I'd say use the Secutor-class Star Destroyer. It's big, it's cool, and it adds a new model.

MC 75 and a Vic with Engine techs?

The "Cool Markings" part of the Chimera are all on the Underside, though. Looks perfectly normal on the topside... It'd be a waste of time for that reason, really.

Mostly, I don't really care what we get, but i do want to know so I can plan for it.
