Gotta be honest, not super thrilled about the scale. I'm sure it's going to look friggin' sweet on the table, but the larger size is going to put it well out of my price range.

There's no really good pictures yet. They're all blurry pics from the Powerpoint at a distance...

But the Demo Area will open soon and we'll get actual pictures on the tabletop, and probably an Artcile too.

I don't understand the disappointment from the live post thread for Legion.

Seems like exactly what I expected, a 28mm star wars mini game that can and most definitely will have all the things I want in such a format.

I think the Core set will be a little less specialized than snow troopers and gun emplacement.

Calling Imperial Hover tank from Rebels plus Rebel Hovertank from Rogue 1 and a smattering of Infantry for each. Maybe an E-Web for Imperials and Rocket trooper for Rebels.

Mostly I was just disappointed it looked like IA without the board. FFG has a tendancy to do things in new and interesting ways with interesting mechanics. I will still follow it for a bit but I was just expecting a little more creativity.

I wish it was a little smaller scale than IA as well, but I find myself far from dissappointed.

And we have yet to actually see it on the table, until someone snaps a pick side by side with an Imperial Trooper from each game for reference I won't know for sure.
