This may be a silly question but I need to clarify if the bomblet card states that all ships at range one take damage from the explosion, does that include the scurrg as well? I just got the expansion pack and before I mess up in a game I wanted to check to see if I read it correctly.

yes and no.

If you are using Scum Nym, he ignores friendly bombs., so no.

All means all so yes

If not using scum nym and you want to use genius add engine upgrade. Just remember to check a boost path is clear before declaring the bomlet.

Bombs do not discriminate between friendly and enemy ships. If the ship that dropped the bomblet is at Range 1 of the token when it detonates, that ship will also have to roll for damage.

The only pilot who can ignore damage from his own bombs is (Scum) Captain Nym.

That's seismic. Bomblets are all ships roll two dice then suffer the damage. (You may have meant this but were paraphrasing for the sake of brevity, but just saying is all)
