Is Rudor (at distance one of instigator) a target if the squadron attacking him is at distance one of instigator?

Rudor can't be shot at but they can shoot instigator.

No worries. It took me 20 minutes to find the topic in the Main Thread, though... Would have found it quicker in Rules Questions - but that's just how Crazy I am about Rules

The First thread I posted there (via Reinholt) is a good summary with just-answers, basically.

If you want an FAQ on the matter, we're still waiting for specifics on that.
