Is there a list of print/production numbers of the X-wing Official promo cards? ie, how many Lando, Boba Fett, Vader, Wedge, etc. cards are out there?

I doubt it. FFG would of sent out a kit per event, but you'd have to know how many events happened that year. Plus I know that FFG prints more than they send out. When I was at Regionals at the event center they had a 5 inch thick stack of Alt S&V Boba Fett cards they were handing out. What they do with them when they're done I have no idea.

I guess I'm curious because they always state that 2013 Worlds Boba Fett is very rare as is the Lando. If only participants at 2013 Worlds got Fett, how many people entered that tourney? Can we do that to extrapolate? ie, ~250 people at Worlds recently, but that doesn't mean people didn't get more than 1 card either.
