I'm going to have the PCs run a smuggling through a imperial blockade, have anything like this been published, that I can steal from? Soon they will have to attack and liberate some goods from a Imperial outpost has anything like this been published as well?

Not that I know of. The closest that I can think of is Fly Casual the smuggler source-book, combined with what's in the Edge core book should allow you to make an interesting encounter, but there's no hard and fast rules anywhere that I know of.

For the second, I don't think there's anything very close to that, the only thing I've found in my books that might help you is one of the modular encounters from Strongholds of Resistance; "Claustrophobia" it focuses on a raid against Imperial controlled, Sullustian run facility.
