What do you mean with 3rd squad pack?

If you mean the Rebel and Imperial II packs, they are not changed. Theses were written before the errata. So they have the old text. It only seems that the German Promo Rhymer was written after the last FAQ, and his text was adjusted. But the English promo Rhymer might have been written before the FAQ change. And so he still has the old text.

But these are only speculations from me.

I mean the 3rd reprint of the Imp Squads I, my apologies for being unclear. It was announced to be in the pipeline before the FAQ, but was released after it, so there is some speculation as to whether it includes the Errata. Also, I don't know which fighter is depicted in the front. If you or anybody else does, could you tell me please?

I think I picked up one of these; an Imperial Fighter Squad I, after the reprint. The English version didn't have the change on the card - it still listed close-medium range. The packaging is the same as the earlier ones - the TIE Fighter on the front, not the pre-release Interceptor packaging.
