Good afternoon (or whatever your local time is there), I am running a Store Championship in a little under 2 weeks and am looking for some help from the community. While many of the issues we run into are covered in the FAQ, with the recent new releases there are some which arent. The ones that come to mind are the following:

Minefield Mapper - Can I use Extra Munitions tokens and the upgrade card with Minefield Mapper? No, you may use the EM token instead of the card, but not both.

U-Wing Red Stop and flip while stressed - If I am stressed a perform a red stop maneuver while I have the Pivot Wing card on the landing side, can I rotate the ship 180 degrees before performing the 2 white straight maneuver? Yes, under RAW and the timing of the card this is legal

Jabba The Hut - If the ship that is carrying Jabba the Hutt is destroyed, do I remove the illicit tokens from my illicit upgrades? - No, using R2-D6 as precedent if Jabba is discarded the tokens remain.

Jabba and Cikatro Vizago interaction - If an Illicit Upgrade has a token from Jabba the Hutt and the upgrade is later switched by using Cikatro Vizago, does the token become the new upgrade or is it for the original upgrade? - It remains the original upgrade (May need another review before im concrete on this)

What other weird things that have come up that havent been FAQ'd am I missing?

I'll take the easy one for now. Your U-wing question was already resolved by FAQ. Look at "Revealing a Red Maneuver" on page 7. The Pivot wing title cannot be resolved if the ship was already stressed (unless you have Hera crew.)

Forum consensus seems to be that Lightweight Frame and Palpatine interact like this:

You can use Palpatine before the added die roll from Lightweight Frame, and then change any die face from the complete roll.

However, I've seen it ruled like this:

You can use Palpatine either before the regular dice are rolled for the regular dice, or before the LWF die is rolled (but then only for that one die).

Another question is whether Palpatine can be used before a reroll, like from a Target Lock or Predator - in other words, whether a reroll is a roll or not for Palpatine's ability. Thanks @ jmswood.

Jabba says if you are instructed to discard an upgrade card, you may discard an illicit token on that card instead. That's the only prerequisite: if the card has an illicit token on it to discard, it can do so.

Cikatro tells you to replace a face up illicit card - there's no mention of discarding it in his wording. As such, I would interpret that any tokens that were on the original card remain on the replacement card when it enters play. But this is unprecedented and therefore debatable.

As the illicit token itself would then be on the new card, I see no reason why it would have the "memory" of the original card to which it was assigned. Jabba wording reads the opposite, in fact.

So it boils down to whether the token goes away with the original card or not. If it does, no problem. If it doesn't, then it can be used by the replacement.

Absolutely no room for debate here. Third question under "General" on page 21 of the FAQ. Abilities that trigger when rolling dice do not trigger when rerolling dice.
