What questions should we ask FFG at Gencon?

Every year, FFG hosts an 'inflight' report at Gencon. They give an update on the company, tease new products (often including x wing stuff), and take a few questions from the audience.

What should those of us attending the report ask?

-keep in mind that FFG never talks about unannounced products, so questions like 'when are we getting the assault gunboat', or 'what is in wave 12' aren't going to be very productive.

What do they think about the discrepancy of imperials having less upgrades available and ships with less slots for them?

Do they think if all ships should have a place in competitive meta, and if yes what are they planning to do with obsolete ships? If not, how would they like to suck a fat one?

Edit: can believe I forgot the most important one to me: Do you plan to implement and support more game modes? Objectives? Campaigns?

What measures could be taken to improve the communication between FFG and their player base?

What do they think about the many community efforts (podcasts, blogs, metawing, listjuggler, squad builders, HotAC, ...)?

so many community efforts!

Is there any plan to update ships, whether via new titles, pilots, or other upgrades, that have discrepency between canon descriptions and the current game stats - the most notable example right now being the TIE Striker having bombs?

Here's a productive question to ask during the in-flight report:

Are you aware of the popularity of the Star Wing Assault Gunboat? As well as the Xg-1 Star Wing thread, which is the largest single thread on the FFG boards with 6500 replies and nearly 200,000 views?

Haha, yeah that's probably the most productive gunboat question

The community is begging for updates to the old classic OT ships so they can be playable with the new toys. They want the game to look like it's "Star Wars" again. What are FFG's plans to bring these classic ships back into the spot light?

What about Etahn A'bhat?

Where is the X wing fix? Where is the Rogue One box wii X wing and Y wing? What about K2SO pilot and crew? Why did you make the jump master so OP? When will you release a campaign? Any changes to 100/6? New obstacles? Do you read the forums?

Do you even Star Wars bro?

Their opinions on the increase of Autodamage mechanics, increase of red dice attacks, and the game going forward with complexity increasing each wave.

Also, they have talked about how they couldn't add ships such as Lowhrick before because of Biggs, but have seemed to double down on Biggs. Is this a direction they are going to keep doing?

What is the reasoning for not releasing more ace packs when imp vets and guns for hire were among the most well-received expansions?

Why was the Imperials denied the Arc Caster upgrade when they were the main faction to actually use the **** thing in the lore?

Because they are the only faction with Ruthlessness, and it would be way too much together.

The only reference I can find of an imperial only Arc Caster is a handheld variety.

Why do Imperials have half the number of available upgrades compared to Scum? Do you feel that this is part of the reason Imperials under-perform compared to Scum and Rebels?

Why do upgrades continue to be created that exclude Imperials (Arc Caster, Pulsed Ray Shield, etc.)?

Is FFG planning on revising their calculations for Agility as a stat? Considering all the automatic damage that now exists in the game, Agility is quite a bit less valuable than it once was, certainly compared to high HP pools.

Do playtesters actually playtest anything? Or is it just like more of a club where you socialize and play Uno while drinking heavily?

Wave 11, since apparently the Biggs boat is the number 1 thing this meta

Also for reb/scum only upgrades, arc casters are horrid and empire wouldn't shine their shoes with them.

Pulse Ray is a little more understandable because **** yeah regenerating TLT gressors

The Rebels thread has 8,500 posts and over 260,000 views.
