Terro gains 3 movement points at start of activation, can you use the 3 movement points without using an activation.

could you first use flamethrower, use your 3 points of movement and then perform an attack. Or use your 3 points when you activate to move gaining a total of 8 movement points.

To the Terro questions it's yes and yes.

To the massive question, I don't think so. They can end I believe in impassable terrain, but can't move through a wall.

No massive figures cannot go through walls(solid black lines) they can go over and through blocking and impassable terrain(red and dotted red lines) though. Also I don't know if you are referencing Terro but he isn't a massive figure.
