Say I have a squad with Hera Syndulla (pilot) (" When you reveal a green or red maneuver, you may rotate your dial to another maneuver of the same difficulty") and Leia Organa (" At the start of the Activation phase, you may discard this card to allow all friendly ships that reveal a red maneuver to treat that maneuver as a white maneuver until the end of the phase.")

At the start of the Activation phase, I discard Leia. When activating Hera, I reveal a red maneuver. This triggers both abilities, according to the cards. I reveal Hera's red maneuver, treat it as a white maneuver, and can rotate her dial to a maneuver of the same difficulty. Does this mean I can now rotate Hera's dial to any white maneuver?

Hera's ability won't work if you use leia's first.

Leia's wording is a little outdated. It doesn't say "must treat... as a white...", nor "may treat... as a white..." and I'd assume that you need to either pick one or the other: treat as a red, THEN allow changing to the opposite (Hera), or (Leia) treat as White and no changing it.
