So, I know that's it's a little soon but... as of now (and if I'm not mistaken), all 8 PDF files add up 81 pages (these include several full page illustrations, as well as several smaller spot illustrations), with more to come in an apparently semi-monthly rate. I have got these neatly saved on my HD and I could just print them but I know I would love to own them as a proper book, and would pay a reasonable amount of money for it. How many of you would buy some like this; perhaps not only the published fictions, but some extra stuff (the rulebook fiction, additional exclusive fictions or background fluff). FFG has already published such books for their Android and Arkham Horror universes topping at around 300 pages, but these were done-in-one setting books. Given the storytelling nature of L5R this would be more a periodical publication, maybe quaterly. Would you commit to buying something like this. I know I would but I wonder if there is a market for it.

If L5R's version of the LGC lore book is an annual or semi annual fiction collection with some extra stuff I would totally buy it. Not sure if I'm typical, but I love having lore books on my shelf even if they are freely distributed online.

I had considered printing the stories and putting them in a binder like I do with other LCG card pack inserts. If they announced something this it would save me the effort

I'm still hoping for actual novels like the Lovecraft stuff gets......unless that's what you are talking about.

It could probably work as print on demand, though it would likely be expensive; color illustrations jack the price up real fast. If they reformatted it to be text-only, then yeah, it's entirely feasible. And an ebook would be dead easy to arrange.

Oh, that too. But I also would like the PDFs as actual dead tree stuff.
