I didn't start playing x-wing until after season 2 of Rebels was over. Just ordered season 1 and 2 on Bluray and wanted to watch again and see all the game ships I didn't notice before. What game pieces are seen in Rebels other than the main ships? I've heard Fenn Rau and the Protectorate, CROC, Assault Carrier, Inquisitor. What else can I be on the look out for?

Wookie Gunship was in the very first episode of the entire series.
Shadowcaster was somewhere in mid-late season 2.
Also, the Protectorate Fang Fighter is featured in this show.

Huh, you know what's interesting? We haven't seen a Lambda in Rebels yet. The transports we've seen have all been Sentinel class landing craft.
And, I know it's bit beyond the scope of the question, but quite a few ships show up in related properties. The HWK-290 appears in the Kanan comics, and the Z-95, ARC-170, Slave I, and Hound's Tooth all appear in Clone Wars.
Let us not forget the Scum Epic.

I'd also be excited for a few ships from the 'better-than-it-should-be' Freemaker Adventures, like the Eclipse Fighter, the Arrowhead, and maybe a 'Tracker' title for the Tie Phantom.

- Sentinel Shuttle (Imperial, surely)
- Last Chance (the Sentinel shuttle that Hondo Ohnaka stole, repainted, and modified - obviously a Scum ship)
- Mining Guild Freighter (the repainted Zygerrian Slave Ship/Aurore-class freighter - another Scum ship, although at 52 meters long probably 'Epic'-scale)

- Training A-Wings (two seaters - obviously Rebel)

Well, yeah, but that's season 3, and he doesn't have it yet, understandably so. TIE defender also makes an appearance then.
B-wing is another ship to keep your eyes open for in Season 2.
