Hello

I started today playing Imperial Assault and I have one question.

The starting activation order is:

Hero 1

Im perial turn

Hero 2

Imperial turn

The Imperial figure dies. Now the order is:

hero turn

imperial turn

hero turn

My question is: when the turn ends, the imperial figure is the first figure to activate or the hero always be the first?

Heroes are always first unless mission rules specify otherwise.
