Well, it's only the Conflict decks that have out-of-clan cards, so you could go clan-specific for the Dynasty deck, and put Conflict all in a single colour.

So, maybe use white or black for Conflict, then the various clan colours on the Dynasty cards:

this seems like a good idea and save some sleeves for the neutral cards.
