Some decently stated 0 glory personalities should be enough to make it at least workable. Doesn't mitigate the honor loss though.
It's looking more and more like Scorpion may want to prioritize the Air and Fire rings, to help counter some of their honor loss/dishonor effects.

Yeah I'm wondering if we'll have a Secrets on the Wind type spell to transfer honor gain / loss or honor status gain / loss.

I mean, I guess it denies them the use of their honored blade? If you're planning to win the conflict anyhow though, it seems like a poor choice to make. Honored Blade will dishonor them for losing anyhow, and if you've dishonored yourself to get the honor from Honored Blade, there's a zero-net change for your own character (since it attaches to the same character you dishonored, if possible). Then you can always play Magnificent Kimono on another of their characters and get 2 of their people dishonored.
Or am I missing something behind your strategy?
You're neglecting the 2 MIL your opponent loses from no longer having honored blade, and the 2 MIL you gain from having it. It's a 4 skill swing.

Honored Blade is +2MIL and if you win a conflict you gain 1 honor. This creates a 4 mil swing (-2 for them, +2 for me) and recoups my honor if I win. I could play Magnificent Kimono on myself to become honored I guess... but it can also be fun to dishonor them

Well if we're talking hilarious shenanigans I love the idea of using Blackmail to take one of their guys and using Young Rumormonger to swap who gets dishonored so you can dishonor their character while one of yours takes the attachment.

Its a pretty iconic japanese Oni Mask. You can probably find it cheaper. That was after a quick google search for "Oni Mask"

I don't think that works. I think when you change the target, the new target becomes the intended target (As it is part of the cost). But I could be wrong.
