I would drop ET from one GSD and get 2 sets of ordnance experts. Then you can swap out Screed for Motti or Moff JJ.

Curious, why would you run Motti or JJ over Screed on this set?

Motti will help the ISD for sure but will only plus the others by 1 hull.
JJ wouldn't affect this list as much as an Arquitens list. The ETs will give me 2 clicks on the Glads. The Goz isn't going to be maneuvering that much. If i need nav on the ISD, shouldn't be too hard to time with the Relentless.

If I'm missing something key with either JJ or Motti please let me know. I haven't played Imperials much at all. Most of the time I play Rebels.

With 4 or less squads they're just there to screen your ships so the defenders are paying for bomber they won't use. I'd swap the squads for Ciena, Valen, and 2 Interceptors. Comes in at 52 points. Or IG, Valen, and Ciena for 51pts.

Also, if you just upgrade to the ISD2 you can come in one point cheaper (don't need spinals or tua) the damage ceiling may be lower, but it will be much easier to get two ships into medium range than two ships into close, and you can use leading shots out your side arc as well. 4 red and 4 blue can vaporize most small ships, and you have the glads there to help vs med/large.

I would take mad cats suggestion into consideration too, drop ET from the non demo to add ordinance experts to both. I view Screed as a "save me from garbage rolls and rerolls" rather than my main source of rerolls, better to spring the points for Vader in that case as you can reroll what you'd like without sacrificing firepower.

If you do make the above changes I'd consider switching to motti. It will make the ISD much harder to take down, and you'd be surprised how much of a difference one hull makes to a GSD.

Or OZZEL!!!! One of my favorite all time commanders, Ozzel loves ISDs and GSDs by keeping your enemies in the dark of where you will be until you spring the trap. Plus he's only 20 points!

If you keep Screed you might want to consider dropping the non-Demo Glad and replacing it with a TRC Arq with Needa for 63points. It's a steady 3 damage with crit.

I'd do ciena, valen, and two interceptors. Nice little alpha you can throw with relentless that should tie up some stuff for a while, and if used with your ship flak can pack quite a punch. Plus having 4 squadrons gets you 2 deployments vs. 1 with only three squads

I've attached your list with all the suggestions made so far, let me know what you think. I've also included objectives I would recommend since you mentioned that in your original post. 10 points left over you could either add montferrat or tua/ecm to demo for added survivability, or Intel officer for extra hurt (Best choice imo).

Yes, or a redirect. Depends on what you see across the table from you

If you see lots of XI7s in their list then a redirect, otherwise I usually do a contain.

Enemy Dodonna and the Precision Strike mission can also influence the choice.
