Yeah, that is the issue right there. Whoever I hide behind needs to be protected or it's an easy peasy double kill because toads misled rampage against me I am not lying.
Unlike toad, I have no reason to lie, and haven't been vague or inconsistent in any of my statements.
Truthi, is there any way your plan works with protection on my hiding target? I can switch targets if need be, I was HOPING by not clarifying hider (soft claiming cop) that I could get the scum to focus the nightkill on me while I was hiding.
Unfortunately, it was a tough decision between lying and claiming cop (liars get lynched, even well meaning liars) or exposing my weakness and losing the protection from my plan.
If you read my soft claim post, I insinuate cop and even express that I was worried about the night kill, crumbing that opportunity to scum to hopefully be able to execute my plan as noted above. Didn't work.
Not declaring who I hide behind and having them turn up scum means I am dead and we get nothing from my claim. Declaring who I am hiding behind and having them be town and unprotected means a double kill.

By the way I didn't say Wig is a scum, I'm just saying his claim isn't solid enough for me and as there must be some fake claims (now that Roc claimed there MUST be!), he was one of my top candidates. I'm just theorizing and trying to find some sense in a seemingly senseless game.
Now that Roc claimed he is currently tied on the top of my list with Toad. Both of them were suspicious before but now they have conflicting claims. One of them is definitely a scum. Toad's claim being vengeful is utterly insane, but then again maybe that's why it's true. On the other hand, Roc's claim is a "simple" cop which is slightly more believable because nobody here claimed two traits yet (even though I suspect that there are third parties among us). But for that we should know who he watched otherwise his claim is just as weak as Toad's, if not even weaker.

I'm going to state again that I agree my vengeful modifier is strange... I am a faction cop and the only person who is affected by the confirmed traitor and possible miller
perhaps I got the vengeful mod in case I fell for the miller and pushed for his lynch then the town would get hurt again by lynching me in retaliation
i find it interesting that my reveal is still disputed, no one else has claimed cop so why are the miller and traitor present?
How long are we giving Roc until we move forward? This is the second time he's been -2 and went into slow play mode
