So I can confirm town, and now that I am claimed, I will tell you who i inspect tonight, if I poof, you know what to do So at least I confirmed 1 town story, and can do something again tonight. Actually, might be best that the scum target is probably FIRMLY on me now since I am probably the closest thing to a cop we have.

He's a very strong player, so if I were the mafia and I knew he wasn't on my team, I'd off him pretty quick too. It just happened to be dumb luck on our part that Mad ended up going a dangerous third party.

I get it that Mad is a strong player, and the scum knew he wasn't on their side. I still don't like chalking it up to dumb luck. His play wasn't overtly town, in fact I believed him to be a bit scummy...

I think Vis summed it up well earlier, the scum had better targets...

why not Wig? He hinted at a powerful role, if they thought Pod was protected, he would be the target right? And if they believed he was protected, why not get the kill ability guy?

I'm going to go ahead and come forth with my claim, I am a town aligned vengeful cop and last night I investigated Mad. I was putting together my announcement of his guilt this morning and then he got popped at night, this has put me in a bad spot.

Theres a little part of me thinking that there might be more to my role that I'm not aware of... maybe I think I'm a cop but actually kill the targets of my investigation... is that a thing?

My goal from the beginning is to see the town win. I came up with a strategy that I hoped would shake out the scum after Vis cast a vote for me. It didn't pan out very well. I lost control...overstated things...long story short, I messed up. And, in the process it distracted the town from finding the real scum. I really thought I was going to be lynched before nightfall, and I was really surprised it didn't happen. And this business about Mad poisoning me and it being transferred to Pod...it's possible and if Pod dies the fault rests with me and not Truthi.

So, here we are at the beginning of Day 2. Claims have been made, assessments have started, and again I'm at the top of the list as the number one suspect. I don't want to distract the town again. So, I see only one course of action...the town needs to lynch me. My death will allow the townies to focus on finding the real scum.

I'll claim when the vote count reaches four. I do this not to influence the outcome of my lynching, but to give the townies an opportunity to plan for the night actions.

I owe the town this sacrifice. Just give me some credit at the end when you win.

Let the voting begin.
