If the 2 TLT shots a considered to be the same attack, can you use AC on both of them? Normally if you use AC on your 1st shot, you woulnd be able to mod your 2nd shot in any possible way if TLT were just one attack. I think both shot can be ACed but i dont understand why. If FCS doesnt give you a 2nd TL, whouldnt AC work the same way?
TLT+accuracy corrector
Accuracy Corrector comes into play DURING the attack step (Step 2/3 on the timing chart.)
Fire Control System comes into play AFTER the attack (Step 8 on the timing chart.)
The FAQ timing chart addition specifically changed the way a lot of things worked and clarified when most abilities/upgrades trigger.

Ok so that means the 2 shots count for only one attack and not two separate ones, correct? Otherwise FCS would trigger after the 1st attack. If thats the case, how can you mod the dices of your 2nd shot when you used AC on the first. The upgrade says that you cant mod your dices again during "this attack".
Thats the part that bugs me. I mean it's like one upgrade counts both shot as 1 attack and the other does not.
Saying that TLT "counts as one attack" is deceptive and the wrong way to think about it. It's both two attacks and one attack and neither. Here's the correct way to think about how TLT and Cluster Missiles work:
- You make two attacks, with some special rules.
- Anything that says " after attacking/defending" triggers only once, after both attacks are done.
- Anything that triggers on a miss after attacking (like Gunner) only triggers once and only if you miss both shots.
- Anything that triggers on a hit after attacking (like Ruthlessness) only triggers once but only requires you to hit with one of the two attacks.
- Anything that says "when you declare a target" triggers only once, when the first attack is declared.
- Anything that says " when attacking/defending" triggers separately on both shots IF AND ONLY IF you meet the trigger conditions and pay any associated costs each time (e.g. if you use Calculation, you can use it once on each shot for a total of two uses, but only if you have and spend a Focus token each time for a total of two Focus tokens spent).
Accuracy Corrector is a " when attacking" ability, so you can trigger it separately on each attack. The part that says your dice can't be modified again only applies to the current shot, not both TLT shots.

tks!!

That, to be fair, is the only part I've sometimes had problems with people claiming.
For what it's worth, my understanding and reading of the rules agrees with yours.
