QC issues

Question: What can you do if you've lost a damage deck? Can FFG/Asmodee help getting a replacement? I was going to loan my second (I bought two core sets when I started) to a player at an upcoming tournament, but realized this morning that it's nowhere to be found.

Lost , no.

Not in the Core Set when purchased, Yes.

Breakage, Wear and Tear, Losses, they don't legally replace.

I've had heard of a lot of people basically 'claim it as something else' to get it, though... Which is why they often ask for Photo proof.

I bought a pack of rebel fighter 2 and it had an extra Ewing and one less Z95. Contacted Asmodee and they fixed the problem very quickly. Super happy with how it turned out.

The logical course of action.

Sometimes you win the lottery, good job OP.

Welcome!

Please use this request form if you have discovered a manufacturing defect or missing component in a new Asmodee, Fantasy Flight Games, Days of Wonder, Catan, Plaid Hat Games or Z-Man Games product.

We are sorry, but we do not provide replacements for components that are worn out or damaged through normal use, accident, or rough handling.

So does any one know how to get replacements for components that are worn out/damaged due to normal use?

Officially?

The line is "Purchase new ones."

As they do not have a warranty for life of materials. Only for Manufacturing or Packaging defects.

has anyone else getting packs missing pieces?, in the last 3 weeks i've bought 6 expansions from 3 differnt stores and 3 had missing parts, 50% missing parts not very good.

My last Rebel Fighters 1 was missing an A-Wing and the Rebel Fighters II was missing an E-Wing. Also the A-Wings that did come had their front ends bent a little. No big deal, you won't be able to tell in game, especially after a paint job but I did not have these issues in other purchases.

Oh and I almost forgot, two of the small ship bases I picked up recently (a second Gonzati and a second Raider) were warped - probably from the summer's heat and humidity during travel etc. It's significant enough the base doesn't level on the table.

That is what I thought it was going to be, but thought to check.

Well I know where your E-Wing ended up, one of the guys in my local group got an extra E-wing in one of his packs.
