QC issues

has anyone else getting packs missing pieces?, in the last 3 weeks i've bought 6 expansions from 3 differnt stores and 3 had missing parts, 50% missing parts not very good.

In all the Star Wars FFG products I've ever bought, I've only had 2 problems:

1. The X Wing's "s foil" laser being broken in the package on the GR75 epic ship model.

2. I was missing one black manuever dial assembly half.

I've never had a single problem with Armada stuff.

definitely write them about that. Besides getting replacement parts, they may be able to track down the lot that was bad and prevent it from happening again.

I've never had a bad piece.

I've had a bad plastic base in the best and that'S about it I think

oh wait, no, I remember in my Imp pack II, I was missing both Tie Phantoms and a plastic stand. Even after contacting FFG and sending them pictures, they sent only 1 TIE Phantom and I had to contact them again.

According with the box's image, my quasar came with one Sloane less than it should bring.

I had a defective stand in my Quasar. FFG sent me a new one without any trouble. Only took them about 5 days and that included a weekend.

Ive never had any armada issues and I own a bunch of armada stuff. You beat the odds big time OP, buy a lotto ticket.

Once, I did not receive a post to mount a squadron on. FFG sent me half a dozen to replace it.

I had seven Z95 minies in one Rebel Sqd pack II, instead of the usual six ;)

So no complaints from me :P

I only had some quality issues with a Rebel Squadron Pack I. It had some nastily disfigured A-Wings and X-Wings in it. And I got an extra card with nothing printed on its face with one of my GR-75s.

I've actually bought a squadron pack in which a post was missing but I have never done anything about it. Actually didn't think it was possible. When/how can you ask for missing parts? I assume my window has passed, since it is quite a while since that purchase

I really wish they'd just sell the stands separate... all of my core + wave 1 stuff is starting to wear in.

also my buddy bought a Rogues and Villains and there was no Jumpmaster but 2 Firesprays

Heck, one time, I had a Z-95 that was missing a Gun. I had checked it all out and saw that it wasn't broken off - the plastic had never poured into that part of the mold, judging from the lack of any marking whatsoever...

So I let 'em know about that. I'd even already cleaned up the area and installed a pin to emulate the missing gun, primed it and painted it - now you can't tell which of my Z095s it is.

Then Boom. They sent a replacement anyway. Even when I told 'em they didn't have to, because I'd already "Fixed" it, but they considered it only fair after letting them know.

Asmodee customer service is wanting to be that good for people. If the screwup is theirs, they will own it and make it right.

They're pretty amazing about replacements.

Yup. Just bought an Imp 1 fighter pack. Had an extra Interceptor and was missing an Advanced. Got one 2 days later.

Bummer it wasn't an aggressor instead of a jump master. I don't think anyone would complain about that!

I've bought literally thousands of dollars worth of FFG products. I've never had an issue. Their quality control seems generally pretty good considering that many of their products involve a dealer's worth of small plastic baggies filled with various small bits.

I love that. This is the line of the day for me. Gonna start using this myself.

I bought a pack of rebel fighter 2 and it had an extra Ewing and one less Z95. Contacted Asmodee and they fixed the problem very quickly. Super happy with how it turned out.
