It's hard to separate Tsuko from the rest of the Matsu, since the only other one we have seen doesn't look particularly.....affectionate ???

Matsu Beiona is very friendly. She likes having lots of other bushi friends around her.

If you look at her face paint, she looks like she's either into death metal or juggalo music. Both of those are happy, social activities.

Her other hobby is spearing Crane, which can also be considered sociable, because it involves meeting new people (even if only briefly.)

And very much splashable...I could see her being very useful for the Kiku Matsuri, what with the 1x clan cards and limited deck building options. And, once again we see Scorpion cheating the draw limits (sort of). Basically spend 1 honor to regain a known card instead of spending 1 honor in a draw bid for a random card.

Most of the time you're paying 2 for a 2/1 with a good ability. She's a 2/2 with no ability, but who gives card advantage.

She's a little better than that, I think.

If I understand the rules, every card you draw costs you 1 honour and gives your opponent 1 honour. "Drawing" her costs you 1 honour, but doesn't give your opponent anything. It's a slight edge but it could add up to 2-3 honour over the course of a game.
