In the absence of any other updates - we're playing 5 rounds of Swiss today with a top 2 cut tomorrow.

44 players, very varied meta, lots of ISDs, lots of Motti, couple of squadronless lists including my insane list below.

Squads appear to be the leaders - Ben's Euro winning list was top but just beaten by Rikki's Yavaris list.

Here's my lunacy (did get to 4th after round two but died horribly round three.

Well, how it go the first day? Count lists, matches, etc we are eagervto know!!!

Lists I've played against so far: the only other Interdictor list, with Demo, a Raider 2 Goz and some Ties, Howl and Dengar, a Motti list.

Next was double ISD (Relentless and BT Avenger with RBD) two Goz, Ciena and Valen, again with Motti. I burnt Avenger but lost the Interdictor for a 7-4.

Next was a very nasty list that was my worst nightmare: Avenger ISD II, Quasar, two Goz with Motti again. Squads were Jendon, Maarek, Dengar, Howl, Mauler, Zertik.

Then an interesting 3 activation list: Avenger BT ISD, Demo and a Goz with Screed. Squads were again a nightmare to try and chew through; two Decis, Jendon, Maarek, Dengar & Zertik. Much closer but still lost 8-3.

Leaders are a 6 activation Pelta, Yavaris, four flotilla list with max bombers.

ISD, four flotillas, 8 Tie bombers, Rhymer, couple of Ties and two Jumpmasters.

Had a great time with the following list.

400/400 Most Wanted, Contested Outpost , Superior Positions.
MC80c ECM, FCT, Tallon, Boosted Comms, Rieekan.
Neb-B(e), Yavaris FCT, Flight Commander.
GR75t, Coms Net
GR75t, BCC, Bright Hope.
Wdge, Dutch, Jan, Gold, Shara, X-Wing, 2x B-Wing.

9-2, 6-5, 10-1, 1-10 (ouch) then 10-1 win at the end.

We finished our final game but had to leave before all the results were in because of the last train. EDIT: got 7th place.

We are hearing from Twitter that a double MC80 list won UK Nat's, can anyone confirm or give a list description?

Nope not true. Final's are to be played today.

I may be wrong but I don't there is an MC80 in the finals at all

The top 2 cut is today, so no winner yet. Three tied on 40pts but top two MOVs are Rikki and Ben, so looks like a rematch of Round 3.

I couldn't make it this time, living in the Netherlands, but maybe I'll some of you in Copenhagen for the Nordic Championships in three weeks? The X-Wing'ers have a strong tradition and of the Scandinavians and the British stealing each other's trophies and I don't see why the same might not become the case for Armada.

I heard Ben was flying his same list from Euros....if you can dredge that up. Think ISD, 4 Goz and squadron heavy.

Winner was a rebel squadron heavy fleet with 4 GR75, Pelta and Yavaris IIRC.
