I was wondering, did the emperor ever have a personal warp ship of any sort? In the protologue of mechanicum he had a giant golden battleship but I suppose it could have been one of the many in his fleet. Any info would be appreciated.

I vaguely recall him having as his flagship an Emperor (heh) class battleship, but I may be mistaken.

I don't know exactly where I got this from (It may have been the Horus Heresy artbook) but I think it was called the Bucephalus. Which was also the name of Alexander the Great's horse.

As to what class it was, I would imagine it was probably a unique (and probably gigantic) vessel. There's no reference I can recall regarding its use after the Great Crusade, suggesting it was either destroyed during Horus' assault on Terra or that it's still in orbit over the Emperor's throne. Perhaps it's the symbolic flagship of the Battlefleet Solar, if still in use.
